Welcome to banana nano ("we," "our," or "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Accounts and Security

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account and keep it updated.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.

2. Services and License

1. We provide online functionality (including but not limited to image generation/editing and content display) built on a modern web stack.
2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not reverse engineer, circumvent security, perform unauthorized scraping, or bulk-copy data.

3. Credits System (Important)

1. Definition: Credits are a virtual unit consumed inside the Service to access certain features. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and may not be withdrawn or transferred.
2. Acquisition:
   • New-user grant: We may grant initial credits to new users (currently 10 credits).
   • Purchases: Credits are issued after you buy a plan on the pricing page.
   • System grants: Promotional or manual adjustments.
3. Validity and Expiry:
   • Subscriptions: Credits earned for a billing cycle expire 24 hours after that cycle ends. Unless we state otherwise, unused credits do not roll over.
   • One-time purchases: Credits expire after the plan’s stated validity period (based on valid_months) from the order effective date.
4. Consumption Rates (current configuration):
   • Ping: 1 credit per call
   • Image generation: 2 credits per job
   • Image edit: 2 credits per job
5. Deduction Order: The system deducts from the earliest-expiring credits first.
6. Display and Records: The displayed “remaining credits” are for reference. The system ledger is authoritative in case of discrepancies.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Subscriptions

1. Pricing: Our pricing and included benefits are as listed on the pricing page. We may adjust pricing and will notify via the site or other appropriate means.
2. Payment Methods: Payments are processed by Stripe. For CNY payments, we may support WeChat Pay and Alipay via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
3. Subscriptions: If you choose a monthly or yearly plan, it will auto-renew as agreed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access and credits remain available until then.
4. Refunds: Unless required by law or expressly stated by us, purchases are non-refundable. In cases of mistaken or duplicate charges, contact support within a reasonable time and provide your order number for review.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

1. You are responsible for content you upload and must have the necessary rights.
2. The underlying technology, code, templates, and documentation related to the Service are owned by banana nano or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Unauthorized access, testing, or interference with platform security or performance
• Reverse engineering, bulk scraping, or bypassing access controls
• Illegal or infringing content or uses, including IP infringement, harassment, defamation, fraud, or distribution of malicious code

7. Service Changes and Interruptions

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service for reasonable reasons and will try to give prior notice where feasible. We reserve the right to adjust free features or trial benefits.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or merchantability. You assume all risk from using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. For direct damages, our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant Service during the most recent billing period (if applicable).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where banana nano primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations; failing that, they will be submitted to a competent arbitration body or court.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post updates on the site. Updates take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
